FARALI PANEER KHEER


Ingredients
  1. ½ liter milk
  2. 2 cup grated paneer
  3. ½ cup sugar
  4. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  5. 1 tbsp cashew nuts powder
  6. ½ tbsp almond (grated)
  7. ½ tbsp pistachios (grated)
Instructions
Mix paneer and milk in a deep pan.
Boil well for 8-10 minutes.
Add sugar and stir it dissolve.
Also add cashew nuts powder and cardamom powder in it.
And cook for 5-6 minutes.
Mix well and cool.
Set in a refrigerator for 2-3 hour.
Garnish with almond and pistachios.
Kheer is ready to serve.
