PANI FOR PANI PURI


Ingredients:
Water – 5 cups
Warm Water – 1 cup
Cilantro (Coriander Leaves) – 1 bunch
Fresh Mint – 1 cup
Green Chili – to taste
Salt – 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder  – 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 2 tsp
Pani Puri Masala – 3 tbsp
Black Salt  – 1 tsp
Lemon or Lime Juice – 2 tbsp

Method:
·       Blend the Cliantro, Mint and the Green Chili with a little  bit of Water.
·       Add in to the Water.
·       Add in the rest of the ingredients.
·       Mix and adjust the spices if needed.

·       Chill and Serve with Puris, Tamarind Chutney & Potatoes- Chana mixture.
