Ingredient:
1 Cup Moong dal(soaked and water drained)
1 Cup Cabbage(Finely grated)
2-3 Green chillies
1/2 Teaspoons Cumin seeds
Salt as per taste
Curry leaves
1/2 Bunch Springs Coriander
leaves
Oil
Method:
1.
Blend soaked moong dal with green chillies, cumin seeds and salt into coarse
paste.
2.
Now take grated cabbage in a bowl and add the moong dal paste, curry leaves,
coriander leaves and mix it.
3.
Now with this paste make vada’s and deep fry in hot oil.
4.
When they turn golden brown take them on tissue paper.
5.
Enjoy crispy vada’s with any chutney of your taste.
